What is the status of my order?

After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Orders will be shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day your order was placed. You can check the status of your order in your account at any time.


Can I track my order?

If your order is below 350gr, you can choose not to have a tracking code. If no tracking code is required, these orders will be shipped via regular postal services. If you choose shipping without a tracking code, we are not responsible for faulty or non-delivery.

For all other orders; once an order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with the tracking information.


What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept credit cards, bancontact and Apple Pay. Do you prefer to use another payment method? Contact us.


Can my order be delivered as a gift to a friend’s place?

Sure, we love wrapping gifts! You can provide a different shipping address during checkout. Make sure to mention your order is a gift in the notes.


What are the shipping methods?

All goods will be shipped via Bpost. Orders without tracking code will be shipped via regular postal services. Other orders will be shipped as a parcel with a tracking code.


How can I use my discount code?

You can enter your personal discount code during checkout.


Do I get a discount as a Subbacultcha member?

Yes! All Subbacultcha members get 10% off sitewide (gift vouchers not included).. Members can find their personal discount code in their Subbacultcha account on


Do you accept returns?

We want you to be happy with our products. Should you for any reason be unhappy with our delivered goods, you have the right to return the unused product within 14 days after the arrival of the goods. We always strive to provide you with the best experience and service possible. We, unfortunately, can’t cover the cost of shipping your return, however, we will cover the shipping costs for an exchange item. Our office is in Belgium. Until we receive it, your return is your responsibility and should be packaged carefully.
